Our shipping and delivery process may vary from order to order and specific destination. We try to make the process as simple and easy as possible! FLAT-RATE FURNITURE SHIPPING

TCG offers $199 Flat-Rate Shipping on our qualifying Zimmer Furniture pieces. With this delivery option, our drivers will unload each piece and carefully unpack them, bring the piece(s) into the correct room(s) of your home or office and then will perform light assembly (if necessary). After complete they’ll clear your home or office of the packing materials and boxes. It’s our way to ensure your complete satisfaction.

There are some locations where inside delivery is not available. It is your responsibility (purchaser) to provide us (TCG) with unique delivery needs – for more information please see our Procedures and Policy Page. Please contact us to arrange appropriate delivery instructions for unique situations.

INSPECTING YOUR FURNITURE
All of our furniture is insured for shipping and will be packaged carefully for protection. However, it is your responsibility to inspect your order upon receipt to ensure it is correct and that it has not been damaged. It may be necessary that Damaged Furniture be refused at the time of delivery. If you do choose to accept a damaged furniture piece it is your responsibility to notate said damage on the drivers Bill Of Lading (Carriers Delivery Receipt).

Carefully inspect your Zimmer Furniture before our delivery person leaves to ensure that there is no damage. Insurance will not cover damage if it is not noted at the time of delivery on the drivers Bill of Lading / dated and signed. Damages that are not reported within three days of delivery will not be covered. If damage is discovered, please email photos along with your invoice number to info@zimmerfurniture.com.
