Our purchase process is simple. We offer available furniture pieces that are listed on our website and are ready to ship and we also make to order. Made to order furniture represents a specific design and can be customized by changing the species of wood, leg/base style, and/or finish.
How to purchase
Available Furniture – Purchasing an available furniture piece as listed on our website means you purchase as shown and cannot make alterations.
Made for You – You may browse the various ZIMMER Furniture benches and tables on our website and purchase online or contact us to place your order. Regardless of which way you decide, we will contact you either by phone or email to confirm your order and options – specifically how you want the rustic wood element finished.
Custom – You may also commission us to build a specific design of your choosing providing it is sound and will result in a structurally stable piece of furniture. To do so you will need to complete our “Custom Quote Request” and submit it to us. Once received, your request will be reviewed (we may require additional information) or we will provide a price quote. Additionally, depending on the scope of work related to your project, we may request a $200.00 commission fee that will be reimbursed to you after the placement of your order. We will acknowledge all deposits with an invoice payment receipt that will describe furniture purchased, at price sold, and freight cost.
Shipping is available only to the lower 48 contiguous states. Simply provide a delivery address and phone number and we will be able to provide you with an exact shipping quote. All of our shipping (48 contiguous states) is “white glove only” and includes insurance, blanket wrapping, and placement of furniture in your desired location.
A deposit of 50% of the invoice total is required to begin the building process of your order. We will require balance paid prior to the furniture leaving our facility. We will notify you a few weeks prior to wood shop completion. For further information, please visit our Terms & Conditions.
Acceptable forms of payment are personal check (allow up to 2 weeks to clear); bank wire transfer; or VISA, Discover, or Master Card.
We can offer complete banking information for wire transfers and mailing instructions for checks.
Our master craftsmen have great experience and excellent reputation making 18th century reproduction furniture and Windsor chairs and benches.
